I’m Will Kennard. I work across SEO, growth and digital products — building things, helping people find them, and sharing what I learn.
01A little background
From search
to building things.
I’ve spent more than a decade working out how businesses get found, win customers and grow.
That’s taken me through agencies, in-house leadership and companies of my own. I’ve been SEO Director at VoucherCodes, Head of SEO at Yellowball, and co-founded Odhealth and Strongly.
Today I’m Head of Growth at Mayday, working across AI search, the web, conversion, analytics and ads. I still like getting into the detail: the code, the customer journey, and what happens after someone clicks.

I’ve spoken at brightonSEO, International Search Summit in Barcelona and Tech SEO Summit in Hamburg, as well as joining SEOFOMO panels.

Outside work, you’ll usually find me watching films, painting Warhammer or in the gym.
I’ve also been a trustee and marketing manager for Annabel’s Angels, helping start and run a charitable trust and manage volunteers.
